Refunds & Cancellations

1. CANCELLATION/CREDIT POLICY:

All paid reservations are non-refundable. In addition, we require a 48 hour notice for cancellation of a paid reservation. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to support@artandwineohmy.com At the time of the cancellation, a new reservation can be made, or an event credit of equal or lesser value may be issued. Gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for any cash value.
We do not provide refunds. We only provide Credits for those who provide notice by email to support@artandwineohmy.com with 48 hours advance notice before a event.
OUR CREDITS ARE GOOD FOR 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE.
In the event that you have used your credit to register for an event, and miss the event a second time, we will consider the ticket redeemed. No further credits will be issued.
If you need to cancel, please notify us by email no less than 48 hours prior to the event. Credits will not be given if less than 48 hours notice is given. Our email address is support@artandwineohmy.com
IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP FOR YOUR ART&WINE OH MY! PARTY AND DO NOT GIVE AT LEAST 48 HOURS NOTIFICATION, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS GIVEN.
**FUNDRAISER TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
**CREDITS CANNOT BE APPLIED TO PRIVATE PARTIES.
**IF THE SHOW IS A FUNDRAISER, THEN THE AMOUNT THAT WAS DONATED WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE VALUE OF THE EVENT.
**OTHER VENUES WITH HIGHER PRICES AND ADDITIONAL FEES MAY REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL FEE WITH THE CREDIT.

2. INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:

IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL AN ART&WINE OH MY! PARTY DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER, WE WILL ISSUE CREDIT FOR THAT EVENT. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO USE THIS CREDIT FOR A DESIRED FUTURE EVENT OF EQUAL OR LESSER VALUE. CREDITS ARE GOOD FOR 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE.
Rescheduling Your Event:
Please email our office at support@artandwineohmy.com to reschedule your event. Please make sure your name and phone number are included in the email. The number of tickets you purchased, the event where you originally bought tickets and then the new desired event that you would like to attend. Our office will write back with confirmation of availability for that event and your secured place on the new event guest list.

3. DISCOUNT POLICY:

Only one discount can be applied toward an Art&Wine Oh My! Event Ticket.

4. DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL PROPERTY:

We are not responsible for destruction of personal property caused by any customer. Wear comfortable clothes that you do not mind getting permanently stained. We use acrylic paint and it will not come out of your clothes. We will have aprons, but they are only knee length and do not cover your arms. ART&WINE OH MY!, L.L.C. does not claim liability or responsibility for the destruction of any personal property while on our premises. This includes, but is not limited to, clothing, shoes, purses, etc. You are entirely responsible for the destruction of any personal property.

5. Gift Certificates:

Gift Certificates are redeemable for Art&Wine Oh My! Events only and are non-refundable. *Gift Certificates do not receive any refund or credit of any amount if you choose a event of lesser value than the amount of each gift certificate.
